Bulk Print turns a filtered pile of documents into one print job or one PDF file — for example every invoice of one party for a month, or every estimate you sent last quarter.
Open it from Utilities in the sidebar and click the Bulk Print tile.
Choosing what prints
The screen has three filters, and the list below them shows what matches:
- Document type chips — Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note, Estimate, Proforma Invoice, Delivery Challan, Sale Order, Purchase Order. Tap any combination. The screen opens with only Invoice on.
- All parties — click it to pick one or many parties from the searchable list. While parties are selected, only their documents match; documents for walk-in customers are left out until you clear the filter back to All parties.
- The date range chips — All time, This month and so on, or Custom… for any from/to window.
A line above the list says how many documents match — “12 documents match.” Documents sitting in the Recycle bin never match, whatever the filters say.
Each row shows the date, type, number, party and total. Click a row to open it in its own preview screen — the same one it prints from individually.
Printing or exporting
Tick the documents you want (the checkbox in the header selects everything shown), then use Print or Export PDF on the selection bar:
- A confirmation dialog lists exactly what will print, and says how many documents it is.
- Click Print (or Export). A progress bar shows the job being built — Generating 7 of 12… — and each document is rendered with the shop’s saved print format, theme and print customisations, exactly as it prints on its own screen.
- Print sends everything to the printer as ONE job — the pages come
out in the order shown on screen. Export PDF saves one combined PDF
file named like
yojika-bulk-print-2026-08-29.pdf.
A large job does not freeze the app — the count advances document by document, and you can stop it at any point. Cancel stops the job between documents: nothing is sent to the printer, no file is written, and no half-finished printout exists.
If a document is deleted (on this device or by a sync peer) after you selected it, the job skips it and the finished message says so — it never prints a stale copy.
Good to know
- Delivery challans print without amounts, the same way they print on their own preview screen. Print the challan’s invoice when you need the amounts on paper.
- Purchase bills are not offered. The app does not render a PDF for a purchase bill — the bill is the supplier’s own paper, kept as a photo or file on the purchase screen. Bulk Print covers the documents Yojika itself produces.
- There is no “All firms” filter. Yojika keeps one firm per installation, so every list in the app — this one included — is already your whole firm.
