Customise your invoices

Choose the print size, style, terms, footer and UPI QR that appear on your bills.

Updated

Yojika lets you control how your bills look and print. All of this is in Settings, spread across four cards: Invoice printing, Invoice style, Invoice print options and UPI QR / payment.

Choose the print size (Invoice printing)

The Invoice printing card sets the default page size for printing and PDF:

  • Thermal widths (58, 65 or 80 mm) print a narrow receipt — used by most shops.
  • A4 or A5 print a full page.

Pick your usual size here. You can still change the size for a single bill from the print preview when you print it.

Choose the look (Invoice style)

The Invoice style card sets the look of your A4 and A5 bills (thermal receipts always use one simple layout):

  • Theme — pick Classic (the standard layout), Modern (a coloured band across the top) or Minimal (light and airy).
  • Accent colour — pick a colour for headings, or keep the theme’s own colour.

Your choice saves as soon as you pick it. You can override it for one bill in the print preview.

What prints on the bill (Invoice print options)

The Invoice print options card controls the wording and extra lines on your bills:

  • Terms & conditions — free text printed at the bottom of full-page bills.
  • Footer note — a short line at the very bottom, such as “Thank you, visit again”.
  • Show received / balance due — show how much was paid and what is still owed.
  • Show signatory block — leave room for a signature.
  • Show amount in words — print the total in words.
  • Show shipping address — print the customer’s delivery address when they have one.

Click Save print options to keep your changes.

Note: Copies (Original / Duplicate / Triplicate) are not set here. You choose them when you print, from the print preview.

The UPI QR / payment card lets you print a scan-to-pay QR code on your bills so customers can pay the balance in one tap:

  1. Type your UPI ID (VPA), for example shopname@okaxis.
  2. Optionally set a Payee display name (it uses your business name if you leave this blank).
  3. Turn on Show UPI QR on invoices.
  4. Click Save UPI settings.

The QR only prints once you have added a UPI ID. It appears on A4, A5 and thermal bills, but never on a credit note.
