Download and install Yojika

Yojika runs on a Windows computer and on an Android phone. You can use it on either, or on both (see Manage your licence and plan).

On a Windows computer

1. Open your web browser and go to yojika.com.
2. Click the Download button. A setup file (the installer) is saved to your computer.
3. Open the file you just downloaded.
4. Windows may show a blue “Windows protected your PC” screen. This is normal for new apps. Click More info, then Run anyway.
5. Follow the setup steps and click Install.
6. When it finishes, Yojika opens on its own.

Your bills, items and parties are all stored on your own computer. Yojika works fully offline — you do not need the internet to make bills every day.

On an Android phone

1. Open the Google Play Store on your phone.
2. Search for Yojika and tap Install.
3. Open the app once it is installed.

The phone app does not show any prices. You buy and pay on the yojika.com website, then enter your licence key in the app to unlock it.

What happens the first time

The first time you open Yojika it asks you to:

1. Set up your shop details — see Set up your shop.
2. Start a free trial or enter a licence key — see Start your free trial.

After that first setup, you are ready to make your first bill.

Keeping your data safe

Your data lives on this one device. Please back it up regularly so you never lose it. You will find Backup & restore in Settings.
