These reports live in the Item & Stock, Profitability, and Expense groups on the Reports screen.
Item & stock reports
- Stock summary — how much of each item you hold and its value at cost.
- Stock summary (sale value) — the same list valued at your selling price.
- Stock detail — every movement in and out for a single item. Pick the item with the Item filter.
- Low stock summary — items that have run low, so you know what to reorder.
- Item detail — a full history for one item. Pick it with the Item filter.
Profit reports
- Bill-wise profit — the profit on each invoice.
- Item-wise profit — the profit made on each item.
- Simple P&L — a plain profit-and-loss summary for the period.
Expense reports
- Expense report — everything you spent, grouped for the period.
- Cash flow — money in against money out, so you can see what is left.
Set the date range and export any of these to CSV, PDF, or Excel.
