Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2 July 2026
We want you to be confident before you pay. That is why Yojika offers a free 14-day trial with the full app — so you can test it at your counter before spending anything. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid licenses.
1. Free trial first
The 14-day free trial gives you complete access to Yojika. We encourage you to use it fully — create real invoices, print on your printer, try backups — so that your purchase is an informed one.
2. First-purchase money-back window
If you are buying a Yojika license for the first time and you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. On approval, we cancel the license and refund the amount to your original payment method.
3. Renewals are non-refundable
Renewal payments (extending an existing license) are non-refundable, because you have already had the trial and prior usage to evaluate the product. Please review your plan before renewing.
4. When refunds do not apply
- Requests made after the 7-day first-purchase window.
- Renewals and plan extensions.
- Free or coupon-issued licenses (no payment was made).
- Cases involving breach of our Terms & Conditions or misuse of the software.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your license, with your license key and a short note. We aim to respond within one business day.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after we process it.
7. Cancellation
Yojika licenses do not auto-renew, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Simply choose not to renew when your license expires. Your business data remains on your PC regardless.
