Questions, answered plainly
Yes. Billing, inventory, reports and printing all run on your PC with no connection. The internet is only ever used once, to activate your license.
By default, in a local database on your shop’s computer — there’s no account to log into just to make a bill. If you later turn on the optional device sync (coming with the Combo plan), your own two devices share that data securely; it’s never shared with other shops.
Yojika is offline-first by default: only your one-time licence activation touches the internet. Secure device sync is optional, opt-in and Combo-only — it’s coming soon so a shop’s two devices (a Windows PC and an Android phone) can share the same data. It stays scoped to your shop, encrypted in transit, and your data is never shared across different shops.
Invoices print in all 22 official Indian languages — the customer’s name and items in their own script. The fonts are bundled, so it works offline.
Yojika is a Windows desktop app today (Windows 10/11, 64-bit). An Android app is coming soon, so you’ll be able to bill from the counter or your phone.
GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, HSN-summary and a purchase GSTR-2/2B view, alongside two dozen business reports — day book, profit, party aging and stock. Export any of them as CSV, PDF or Excel (plus GSTR-1 JSON and Tally XML) to hand to your accountant or upload to the portal.
