Groups let you sort your parties into sets that make sense for your shop — for example Wholesale, Retail or Regular suppliers — so you can find and filter them quickly.
Manage groups
- On the Parties screen, click Groups.
- Type a name in New group and click Add.
- Use the pencil to Rename a group, or the bin to Delete it.
- Click Done when finished.
Deleting a group that has parties in it asks you to confirm, then unassigns those parties — they stay in your list, just without a group.
Put a party in a group
When you add or edit a party, pick a Group from the dropdown. You can also choose + New group… there to create one on the spot.
Filter by group
Once you have at least one group, a Group dropdown appears on the Parties screen. Pick a group to show only its parties. It works together with the Customers · Vendors · Both filter.
